The Return of Klae

At the Heights gig, I was pleased to run into Lizzy from Klae and her husband, another photographer. She told me that Klae would be playing a gig that week at The Hope and Ruin, the venue that I had first seen Lizzy perform at the initial Garden Heart performance, one of those amazing sets that I still remember. Chelsie (Heights) had played in the band as it was Lizzy’s BIMM project and they were at BIMM together, which is how I found out about the gig. One of the last gigs that I went to before Lockdown was Klae supported by Heights (first gig) so I was pleased to be able to see them again.

Klae didn’t disappoint, playing a great pop rock set to an enthusiastic audience.

Next up were Last Seen Alive, another female fronted pop rock band. Their vocalist had their birthday that day, so was brought on stage during Blue Eyed Giants’ set.

Headliners Blue Eyed Giants were a good find. They played an enjoyable indie rock set, wowing the crowd.
