Moving over to the Black Heart we had four more bands playing to a packed out venue.
Scottish Black Metallers Dreich opened up the evening setting the bar high.
Italians Nel Buio had problems with a lack of Euro power sockets/adaptors, which set the proceedings behind. Their set, once it got going, was well worth the wait.
Old friends of mine, Old Corpse Road played a different style of arrangement, showcasing their two new members. It was a strong set, albeit shortened.
The band that finished off the weekend were the keenly awaited Black Altar. Their vocalist wasn’t available so Rimmon came in and provided an excellent front.
