Helgi’s in Hackney hosted a night of Black Metal. I got asked to bring the camera along by Draca from Godking so I caught the proceedings.
Godking opened proceedings sporting a new lineup backing permanent members Trident on drums and Draca on guitar and vocals. Draca’s mic stand was decorated by bones that they had collected and a defrosting rat.
Archvile hit hard in the second slot. They had travelled down from East Anglia for the gig.
Blasfeme managed to keep their ever changing lineup when I have caught them by leaving their current vocalist behind, playing as a three-piece with Parusight taking over the role of vocalist, whilst playing guitar, original member Striga Hell on drums and Adam on bass.
